BlueSky Consultancy is run by Executive Coach and Motivational Speaker, Marcia Lewinson, an experienced business coach and organisational development specialist who has a natural flair for business and over 16+ years experience of people management.
Marcia has set up BlueSky after receiving coaching from practitioners in business development and banking.
Having trained herself as a ILM Executive Coach and Mentor. Marica has brought together her business skills, passion for people development and expertise in writing and delivering bespoke development workshops, to inspire, motivate BlueSky Clients.
Other Involvement
Marcia is currently CEO of an award-winning charity, and has over 16+ years’ experience of business development, managing multiple projects, managing staff and people development.
Using her leadership skills and business acumen she was able to halt the closure of the charity through restructuring and developing a business approach to achieve
sustainability.
This has resulted in the charity continuing to deliver a range of holistic services for women in crisis and having a sustainable business arm for the charity.
An experienced trainer Marcia has written programmes to support women’s development and involvement in the workplace, in boardrooms and in communities.
She has developed innovative empowerment programmes that have enabled women to develop their leadership skills, adapting these skills to work for them in everyday life.
As a motivational speaker, Marcia has spoken on topics such as leadership, change management, resilience and empowerment in USA, Africa and Europe.
